Adding An Email To Safe Senders List
In this quick guide we will be covering how you go about adding an email to the list of exceptions and safe senders. You can do this in the event an email you recongize is being quarantined as shown in the picture below.
Please remember we must make this clear, you must recognize this sender and know the email is legitimate as Microsoft set this spam protection filter to protect you from malicious emails.
If you do recognize the sender and are happy to go ahead please follow the following steps:
Step 1: You must take are to sign in to the web version of Microsoft Outlook Web app.

Step 2: Once signed in you will need to click the Gear icon in the top right hand corner next to your name.
You can then click on the search bar and type "safe senders and domains" and click on the 1st result.
Step 3: You can then click on the "add +" button and type that persons email address in and they will now be added to your safe senders list.
