Email and Files
As all of our services are hosted online by Microsoft, it is easy to access these whilst you are working at home.
Email
You can access your Dentex email account via a web interface using the following URL:
https://my.dentex.group/email
All you need is a modern browser (Firefox, Chrome, Edge) and a broadband internet connection. You will be prompted to sign in, simply use your Dentex email address (for example: firstname.lastname@dentex.health) and password. If you have multifactor authentication enabled, you will need to authorise your access from home, as this will be a new device.

- Creating and replying to email
- Organising your inbox
- Creating signatures and automatic replies
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Managing your contacts
- Searching your email, contacts and events

OneDrive
All of your files saved to OneDrive are also available via a web interface. You can access this here:
https://my.dentex.group/onedrive
The same restrictions as email apply - you need a modern browser (Firefox, Chrome, Edge) and a broadband internet connection. You sign in with your Dentex email address and password.
From the OneDrive web client, you can upload, download, and share your files. You can also edit your documents using online versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. For help on using these online applications, please see the following online training resources:
