Issues with your Webcam?

If your webcam is not working you can follow the steps below to resolve the issue

1. Open the start menu and type "Camera Privacy Settings" and select the item from the list

2. Your settings should then open with the screen below. Ensure "Allow apps to access your camera" is on as per below

3. Restart the application this is using your webcam and try again
