Enrolling with Microsoft Self Service Password Reset (SSPR)
Enrolling your data into the Microsoft SSPR system is quick and easy. The more methods you enrol, the more options you will have to be able to gain access to your account should you forget your password. It shouldn't take any more than 5-10 minutes.
Please note that you will presently need access to your account to complete enrolment - if you need to reset your password and you have not previously enrolled, you will need to contact the Service Desk.
Any information you provide here will not be published in the company directory. It is only used for the purposes of recovering access to your account.

Step 2: Click on Add method
You will be asked what method you'd like to add:
The system can call you, email you, or send a code - the authenticator app has the most functionality but requires that you install an app on your phone. If you use the authenticator app, please ensure that you complete at least one other method in case you lose access to the app. This guide will cover adding email and phone numbers - if you need assistance getting the authenticator app working, please contact the Service Desk.
If you select Email, please ensure that you enter a personal (non-Dentex) email address that you have exclusive access to, and will be able to get access to it now. If you select Phone, the same applies - you should pick a number that you alone have access to.
Select your method and click Next
Step 3: Enter your number or email address (depending on the method selected)
You will be prompted to provide an email address or phone number, depending on which selection you have made:
Enter your address or number and click on Next
Step 4: Validate your email or phone number
Microsoft will now attempt to validate your information by either emailing your provided account, or texting or calling you. An example email will look like this:
In case of email or text, enter the code the validation code where prompted and complete the validation process.
Step 5: Add any further methods
You should be done adding your first method - but feel free to add more!
