Company Portal - uninstall and reinstall profile for iPhones This guide sets to provide instructions on removing the old company portal profile off an iPhone and setup a new profile. On the iPhone go to Settings - General - Device Management and you should see a Profile titled Dentex Healthcare Group (if not skip to step two). Click on the profile and then select Remove Management. The profile section then should not have any references to Dentex Healthcare Group Open the Company Portal (also known as Comp Portal) where you will now need to set this up again and the screen will appear as below. Please select Continue Once happy with the Privacy settings, please select continue Once you select continue, it will then need to download the management profile, please select continue again and then allow and it will confirm once the software has been downloaded Once downloaded on your iPhone go to Settings and you should see a section titled Profile Downloaded. Please select this and then install in the top right hand corner and follow the prompts. Once installed it will confirm along the top of the screen that it has been installed. Once confirmed the profile has been installed please go back to the company portal and continue the installation (it may need a few minutes to finalise) and it should be back online once again.
