Practice Access Guide
This guide will show you how to access Dentex's remote access from outside the practice.
1. Once we have been notified and provided the access you will need to go to : https://my.dentex.group/practiceaccess ,you will be presented with the below website
2. You will see "Login" on the top-right corner- Click this

3- Once you have clicked "Login" you will be presented with the Login screen see below, here you will need to enter your Dentex Email Address into the username field and then your Dentex Email Password. Then click "Connect with Dentex Connex"
4- This will now take you into Microsoft which will vaildate your dentex email address click next it will take you through authentication click your prefered method.
5- Once you have done the above you will now see "Dentex Practice Access". Here you should see on the left handside the name of your practice and the PC on the right handside, if you select "Join"
6- Once you have clicked "Join" you will see it will start to download a screenconnect file which will provide you access to the PC (This file will normally download in the "Downloads" folder labelled "ConnectWiseControl.ClientSetup" double click to run the file) you should then finally see your PC you wish to connect to.
7- You should now see the PC you wish to connect too,
Troubleshooting Steps
If you are having trouble connecting to a PC simply select "/ WindowsDesktop[6.0-X]:Firefox:Host", select "Run App" it will download another file for access click and run this and this should solve the issue.
